Brief History: 
Neil has the Callahan family photos - Passed on to him from Stella and Bessie. It was Bessie and Stella that cleaned out the house (60 Ballance St) when John William Callahan died. This was because Harry (Henry) and Luddie inherited the house while Bessie and Stella where living there. Hence when they moved out they took all the family photos, which eventually got passed to Neil.
